to introduce them onto our menus. This is why this year's first
gastronomy event in Rijeka is dedicated precisely to foods that help
detox our bodies.
Between 7 and 14 April, Rijeka’s hospitality businesses will prepare
foods with wild asparagus, ramsons, nettles, chicory, mišanca (edible
wild greens) and other food that improve vitality and overall health,
with accompanying events and expert lectures on detoxification and
achieving a balance in our lives.
