Gastro autumn with squid and figs


The fall edition of Ri Gastro from September 22 to 29 will offer two seasonal ingredients on its menu - squid and figs will be the stars of the delicacies that will be made in restaurants and taverns which participate in the manifestation. To make the delicious bites available to absolutely everyone, there is also the humanitarian Gastro Cooking Show on September 25, and the manifestation also offers several other interesting, and most important of all, delicious events – an expert lecture on the values of figs, a pre-school workshop at the Children's Department Stribor of the City Library Rijeka, and a children's gastro workshop of making desserts at the Bistro Patisserie Cukerin. Four times a year, in accordance with the season, Ri Gastro picks and promotes autochthonous ingredients with the aim of familiarising and preserving the tradition of Mediterranean cuisine in this area.
